How To Join PCD
After you find a participating PCD provider, you can sign up directly in your chiropractor’s office. This method allows you the option of immediate service.
You can also sign up directly with PCD through our national office. Just contact us by phone at 1 (800) 239-3552 or sign up online and we’ll give you a list of Preferred Chiropractic Doctors in your area!
Answers To Frequently Asked Questions:
Membership dues are for one year and begin on the date you submit
your application and end on the same date of the following year.
Your PCD membership is valid with any participating provider.
Family membership covers you, your spouse, children under 21 and students over 21. All members must be living in the same household.
PCD cannot be used in conjunction with, or applied toward, other insurance plans or third parties. You are unable to file claims for office visits that are offered under the PCD program.
Insured patients may opt to use the PCD plan for the remainder of their annual visits not covered by their insurance. When your insurance goes back into effect, your PCD membership will be put on hold, but you will not regain unused time. Your expiration date remains the same.
